• To make your Jawai Village Safari smooth and worry-free, you can opt for our convenient pickup and drop-off service from your hotel, resort, campsite, or any nearby location. • You’ll be picked up right from your stay, so you don’t need to navigate unfamiliar routes or worry about finding the meeting point. • Our team arrives 10–15 minutes before the safari, ensuring you have enough time to settle in and prepare for the experience. • After the safari, we’ll drop you back safely to your accommodation or any chosen point in the Jawai/Bera region.
The safari price mentioned is for a full gypsy, not per person. This means you get the entire 4×4 vehicle exclusively for your group, ideal for families, couples, and photographers who prefer privacy and flexibility. The safari accommodates a maximum of 4 people per ride.
Jawai Village Safari Policies
📌 Booking Policy Safari bookings are confirmed only after 100% advance payment. Infants are not allowed on the Leopard Safari. Online bookings get first priority for safari vehicle allocation. Each gypsy accommodates 5–6 guests maximum, including children (above 2 years). 📌 Confirmation Policy You will receive a confirmation email/voucher within 24 hours of successful booking. If your selected slot is unavailable, we will offer alternative timing options. Once you approve, a new updated confirmation voucher will be issued. 📌 Cancellation Policy 20+ days before safari: 10% cancellation fee 15–20 days before safari: 20% cancellation fee 7–15 days before safari: 50% cancellation fee 0–7 days before safari: 100% cancellation fee (No refund) No-shows or late arrivals: No refund or rescheduling Cancellations due to weather, government rules, or operational reasons may not qualify for a refund. Alternatives will be offered where possible. 📌 Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling allowed once, if requested 72+ hours before safari. Subject to slot & vehicle availability. No rescheduling for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. 📌 Refund Policy Refunds are processed only as per the cancellation rules. Transaction & gateway charges are non-refundable.
